Food Intolerance Test (Vega Testing)
Vegatest is one of the latest developments in food sensitivity and intolerance testing.It measures changes in body resistance. The test is painless and non invasive (no blood is taken). The client simply holds a baton, whilst a probe (rather like a ballpoint pen) is touched on the end of a finger or toe. An acupuncture point is used. The baton and probe are connected to the machine making a complete circuit. Potential allergens are inserted into a honeycomb matrix and a measurement taken.
Sensitivities and intolerances can then be detected and appropriate advice on the elimination and replacement of problem foods offered.
